At the helm of the Edge Human Performance Group is Dr. Sandy MacQuarrie, a Registered Paramedic with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and significant experience in operations and management in Emergency Medical Services, Dr. MacQuarrie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Dr. MacQuarrie's extensive background includes:

• Certified Critical Care Paramedic (flight) in both fixed-wing and rotor environments

• Senior Management positions in Paramedic Services, Post-Secondary, and Tertiary Education

• Paramedic experience in rural, urban, remote, and offshore settings in Canada and Australia

• Current engagement as a Paramedic in the feature and television industry in Australia

• Over 20 years of experience as a firefighter in suburban, rural, and remote environments
